What began as a fixed idea has developed into a well-known brand within two years. Under the name "Wagyu Sauerland", the couple breeds and markets the cattle, which originally come from Japan. In doing so, they are not only fulfilling their own dream of owning their own farm, but also offering professional colleagues a perspective.
