Wrapped in lightly toasted white bread rolls and served with onion, chopped parsley and spices, this grilled specialty is a feast for the taste buds.
Ingredients for 3-4 people
| 1 package | Wagyu Grill Sausage |
| 5 | White bread rolls, or alternatively, a fresh baguette |
| 2-3 | Red onions |
| 1 bundle | Fresh parsley |
| To taste | Mustard, e.g., tarragon mustard |
| To taste | curry |
preparation
- First, slice the baguette or white bread rolls, but not all the way through. Then spread some mustard and the finely diced onions on the halves.
- Then grill the Wagyu sausage and place it in the bun.
- Add a little more mustard and the fresh onions to the sausage, season with curry to taste, and sprinkle with some fresh, finely chopped parsley.
