WAGYU BOSNA, HEARTY GRILLED SAUSAGE

Wrapped in lightly toasted white bread rolls and served with onion, chopped parsley and spices, this grilled specialty is a feast for the taste buds.

Ingredients for 3-4 people

1 package Wagyu Grill Sausage
5 White bread rolls, or alternatively, a fresh baguette
2-3 Red onions
1 bundle Fresh parsley
To taste Mustard, e.g., tarragon mustard
To taste curry

Tip: To keep the sausage juicy, grill it indirectly first. Finally, give it a nice roasted flavor by briefly grilling it directly.

    preparation

    1. First, slice the baguette or white bread rolls, but not all the way through. Then spread some mustard and the finely diced onions on the halves.
    2. Then grill the Wagyu sausage and place it in the bun.
    3. Add a little more mustard and the fresh onions to the sausage, season with curry to taste, and sprinkle with some fresh, finely chopped parsley.
